Flexibility Fun Fact



Did you know that Stretching is NOT the key to flexibility. Range of Motion is. Your Range of Motion comes from your muscles being properly hydrated. So, if your muscles consist of 75% water, we want to insure that we are getting 100% good quality water. Even if it is infiltrated water, it is still dead water which means you are not getting 100% quality living water.
