HI. I am Aziza The Wellness Coach, Owner and President of 6:11 Fitness. I was born and raised as a natural vegetarian. So, staying healthy came naturally easy for me. Most of my life since childhood, I've played basketball and tennis keeping me physically active and fit. I was in the gym constantly. As I got older, I noticed it wasn't as easy for others around me. So, that's when I decided to take my love and passion for fitness and help others overcome some of the wellness obstacles they may have. I have been a fitness and wellness professional since 2016. Over that course of time, I have learned of some incredibly, fascinating ways in getting results that western medicine can't and doesn't even know how to get.
